is a Christian, a Husband, a Dad, a Chef, and a Health Coach. After losing 145 pounds at 45 years old, Chris became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Weight Management Specialist. He founded ETRNL Fitness in 2019 to guide others through the process of change. Coach Chris has a long list of clients that have had their lives changed by creating healthier habits that led to sustainable changes and a more active lifestyle. He uses his coaching experience combined with his personal weight loss and fitness journey to connect with clients in a way other coaches cannot.
